Yutian is a vertically integrated silicone manufacturer in Dongguan, China. We compound, extrude, mould and post-process in-house — so one supplier stays accountable for material, tolerance and lead time instead of a chain of traders.
The range covers extruded tubing from 0.5 mm to 50 mm ID, solid and hollow profiles, calendered sheets and strips, and compression-moulded parts. Each family ships in platinum-cured, food-grade, medical-grade and high-temperature compounds, with hardness from 30 to 80 Shore A and colour matched to any Pantone.

Extruded in continuous lengths, cut to order, and available with reinforced walls, colour stripes or printed markings. All tubing is cured in-house and 100% pressure tested before packing.
Extrusion profiles

Beyond standard tubing, we extrude solid and hollow profiles to your cross-section. Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample — we build the die, run a sample batch and confirm dimensions before volume production.

When tubing is not the answer, the same compounds are calendered into sheet or moulded into finished parts — so a single purchase order can cover the whole bill of silicone materials.
Silicone Sheets & Strips
Calendered sheet from 0.5 to 10 mm, slit to width and supplied in rolls or cut panels. Food-grade and high-temperature compounds available.
Moulded Gaskets & Seals
Compression and LSR moulded gaskets, O-rings and sealing elements moulded to your drawing, with flash-free finishing.
Custom Moulded Parts
Diaphragms, caps, boots, bellows and over-moulded components — from tooling to packed cartons, including assembly.
Which compound do you need?
Five stocked compounds cover most projects. If your application needs a specific hardness, colour, conductivity or flame rating, our compounders can formulate a custom batch — usually with a 25 kg minimum.
